When will my order be sent?+
Standard Akti cushions (100 × 40 cm) dispatch within 3–7 business days, whether ordered singly or in a bundle. Large 120 × 55 cm cushions are made in our water-resistant, UV fade-resistant Olefin outdoor fabric and dispatch within 10–14 business days, as do other crafted pieces. Kyma in Aegean Navy or Samos Sage dispatches within 2 days. You'll receive email updates and tracking.
What size is The Akti Poolside Cushion?+
The cushion measures 100 × 40 cm and is designed to sit securely along pool coping.
Can the cushion cover be removed?+
Yes. The cover is removable and features a durable metal zip.
What colours are available?+
The Akti Poolside Cushion comes in Santorini Sand, Olive Grove, Aegean Navy, Aegean Blue and Mykonos Midnight.

Where do you ship?+
We ship within Australia, and to New Zealand for a flat rate of $89.95 AUD on any order.
Do your products come with a warranty?+
All products come with a 12-month warranty from delivery covering manufacturing defects under normal use. If you notice a fault, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will assess it and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law; nothing here limits those rights.
