All orders are packed and sent from Adelaide, South Australia.
Delivery
- Australia-wide standard delivery — $14.95 AUD
- Australia-wide express delivery — $24.95 AUD
- Free standard delivery on orders over $250 AUD
- We currently ship within Australia only.
Dispatch times
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days once stock has arrived. Pre-orders are dispatched in the order they are received.
- Metro delivery is typically 2–6 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Returns
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or faulty items
- If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
